Median sales price down weekly, up annually The $344,450 median residential sales price in MRED's marketplace last week was a 5% week-over-week decrease while being a 4% annual increase. It was also the lowest weekly total since April of this year.
Weekly Residential Contract Trends for July 22, 2025
Last week, 3,232 residential listings went under contract in MRED's marketplace. That total marked a 13% year-over-year and 15% week-over-week increase. It was also the largest single-week total in five weeks.
