When the Providence neighborhood in Elgin was being developed, the idea behind Providence Residential Brokerage was to establish a real estate business connected to the community taking shape around it. The name reflected a vision: to build something rooted in the neighborhood and grow alongside the people who would call it home.
But sometimes a business takes its own path.
Dominic Levita built his real estate career through the relationships he already had: with friends, family, and, most importantly, the clients who continued to refer him to others. Those relationships became the foundation of a thriving business, one that grew through trust, personal attention, and years of experience.
Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® and Designated Managing Broker in 2004, Dominic has sold more than $100 million in real estate. His career has been built on understanding people, navigating the complexities of real estate, and helping clients make important decisions with confidence.
The original connection to Providence never lost its meaning. Today, it offers an opportunity to carry that vision forward.
