OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES
Please read these Official Rules before entering.
1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this promotion is Providence Residential Brokerage, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 150 Dawson Drive, Elgin, IL 60120.
Dominic Levita is purchasing the $100 Sammy’s Mexican Grill & Bar gift card for this promotion on behalf of the Sponsor. The Sponsor is responsible for administering the giveaway and awarding the prize.
2. Promotion period
The promotion begins on October 24, 2026, and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Promotion Period”).
Entries must be submitted according to these Official Rules and within the applicable deadlines to be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to legal residents of Illinois who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees of the Sponsor and individuals directly involved in administering the promotion, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility.
4. No purchase necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Signing up for the Sponsor’s newsletter is not required to enter or win. Newsletter subscription is voluntary and separate from participation in the giveaway.
5. How to enter
Eligible individuals may enter using either of the following methods during the Promotion Period.
Method A: Online entry
Complete the giveaway entry form on the official promotion landing page at ProvidenceResidential.com.
Newsletter signup may be offered separately on the same page, but agreeing to receive marketing emails is not a condition of entering or winning.
Method B: Free mail-in entry
Mail a handwritten entry containing your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and the words “Providence Sammy’s Giveaway” to:

Attn: Sammy’s Giveaway
150 Dawson Drive, Elgin, IL 60120
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026, and received by Monday, January 4, 2027.
No purchase or newsletter subscription is required for mail-in entry.
Entry limit: One entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries may be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the individual entering the promotion. Automated, bulk, fraudulent, or third-party entries are not permitted.
6. Prize and approximate retail value
One winner will receive one Sammy’s Mexican Grill & Bar gift card with a retail value of $100.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $100.
The prize is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. The gift card is subject to the issuer’s applicable terms and conditions, which should be confirmed before the promotion launches.
7. Winner selection and odds
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing is expected to take place on or about January 7, 2027.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. One prize will be awarded.
The Sponsor will administer the drawing and determine eligibility in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.
8. Winner notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with their entry within 15 days of the drawing.
The potential winner must respond within 30 days and provide any reasonable information required to verify eligibility.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The confirmed winner will receive the prize without charge. The Sponsor will not require the winner to pay a fee to claim the prize.
9. Prize restrictions
The prize is subject to the gift card’s terms and conditions.
The Sponsor is not responsible for a gift card that is lost, stolen, damaged, expired, or used without authorization after it has been awarded, except as required by law.
Any expenses beyond the $100 gift-card value are the winner’s responsibility.
10. Personal information and publicity
Personal information submitted with an entry will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and fulfill the prize. Information will be handled according to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Entering the giveaway does not automatically authorize the Sponsor to use an entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, or other personal information in advertising. Any additional publicity use will require permission where required by law.
Newsletter marketing consent is separate from giveaway entry. Individuals who subscribe to the newsletter may unsubscribe at any time.
11. General conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules or appear fraudulent.
If circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control—including fraud or technical failures—interfere with the proper operation of the promotion, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion as permitted by law.
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and applicable law. Nothing in these rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Release and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, participants agree that the Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; technical failures; or other issues that interfere with entry or administration of the promotion.
Nothing in these rules excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
13. Sammy’s disclaimer
Sammy’s Mexican Grill & Bar is not the sponsor, administrator, or promoter of this giveaway. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Sammy’s Mexican Grill & Bar.
